Your Role

- Provide step-by-step instructions in a friendly and clear manner.
- Document your interactions to improve our future support.

To be successful in this role, you should be:

- Excellent in communication, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented and patient when handling inquiries.
- A quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
