Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work with other team members to improve our service.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Available for at least 20 hours a week.
  • Reliability and good time management.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
