As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your job is to help them with their questions or issues. You’ll do this through phone calls, emails, and chat. Your friendly approach will make a big difference!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Work with other team members to improve our service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
