  • Document client interactions and maintain records in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and some experience in a similar role, but we value personality just as much. Here’s what would make you a good fit:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A problem-solver who enjoys helping others.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
