The Role

Your Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Communicate with patients through phone and email.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Provide basic medical information to patients as needed.
- Support telehealth appointments, including technical setup.

- Previous experience as a medical assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software.
