Your Role
As a Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their dental insurance inquiries. You’ll help them understand their benefits, provide accurate information, and resolve any questions they might have.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails regarding dental insurance policies.
- Explain coverage options and assist clients with enrollment.
- Resolve billing inquiries and claims issues.
- Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
