Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication skills.
Can solve problems with a positive attitude.
Is comfortable using computers and technology.
Has previous customer service experience (but it’s okay if you don’t!).
Loves helping people and creating great customer experiences.

Requirements

This position does have some requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
