Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A passion for customer service and helping others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly.
Experience with CRM tools and software, preferably.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work.
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus!
