  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be a senior (50+) looking for work-from-home opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills—proficiency in using email and online tools.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
