Your Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the friendly voice of AARP. Your main job is to assist our members with their inquiries and ensure they feel valued and supported. You’ll be working from home, allowing you to balance your personal life while contributing to our community.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with members via phone and email to assist with their questions and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and programs.
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Document member interactions accurately to maintain records.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve our processes and services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills – you know how to listen and respond.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
