Your Role

As a Remote Reservations Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly voice that assists guests with their bookings. Your main tasks will include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries via phone and email.
  • Making reservations and managing cancellations.
  • Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Offering exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handling guest complaints or requests with care.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a hotel or travel environment.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with booking software.
  • The ability to multitask and handle various inquiries.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
