About the Role

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, your main job will be to assist our customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. You will work from the comfort of your home and have flexible hours.

What You Will Do

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
Provide detailed information about our products and services.
Help customers troubleshoot issues they may encounter.
Document customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service.
Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills.
