What You’ll Do

As a Night Data Entry Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all data is accurately entered into our systems. Your tasks will include:

• Entering, updating, and verifying data in our database.
• Reviewing files for accuracy and making corrections when necessary.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong typing skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Experience with data entry or similar tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A quiet workspace for focused work during the night hours.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with shifts starting from 8 PM to 12 AM or midnight to 4 AM, depending on your availability. You can choose the schedule that works best for you! We are flexible and understand that our team members have different needs.
