Position: Remote Customer Experience Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Help customers with order questions, product information, and troubleshooting.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Document customer interactions and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our service.

- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
