Position: Remote Customer Experience Specialist

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? Do you have a knack for solving problems? If so, we’d love to hear from you! In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they reach out for help.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Help customers with order questions, product information, and troubleshooting.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Document customer interactions and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
