- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Document customer interactions in our system.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve your skills.
Who You Are
You are friendly, patient, and enjoy helping others. You have strong communication skills and can think on your feet. If you have experience in customer service, that’s a plus, but we welcome anyone willing to learn!
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
- Experience in customer service (preferred but not required).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
