What You’ll Do
As a Night Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice (well, a typing voice!) our customers reach out to during the late hours. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through our live chat platform.
- Answering questions and providing helpful solutions.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Tracking customer interactions in our software.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:
- Available to work during the night hours, ideally from 10 PM to 6 AM.
- Comfortable using computers and various software programs.
- A great communicator with strong writing skills.
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
- Eager to help and solve problems!
