What You’ll Do

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be at the heart of our online discussions. Your role will include:

Monitoring various Reddit communities to engage with users and foster positive discussions.
Creating engaging posts that inspire conversation and community participation.
Responding to comments and messages from community members promptly.
Identifying trends and feedback to help improve our content and engagement strategies.
Collaborating with our marketing team to promote community initiatives.
Running polls and surveys to gauge community interests and preferences.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is:

A natural communicator with excellent writing skills.
Friendly and approachable, able to build rapport with community members.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Familiar with Reddit and have a good understanding of its culture and etiquette.
Proactive and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A high school diploma; a degree in communications or marketing is a plus.
Experience in community management or customer service.
A strong presence on Reddit or knowledge of its features.
Basic understanding of social media tools and analytics.
